If 19-year-old Caitlin McKeown were looking to find just two words to sum up the last twelve months of her life she could do far worse than choosing “incredible” and “busy”. If you remember, Caitlin, who hails from Beckenham in Kent, was one of the all-girl BMS Action Team that spent a week here at MBC back in May. On that occasion, she and fellow travellers Sarah, Esther and Mairi had recently returned from Nepal where they had spent the previous ten months working for BMS on various children’s projects. This time, however, Caitlin is here to stay – well at least for the next twelve months. Joining us as a intern support worker Caitlin will be spending the majority of her time helping out with MBC’s children’s work. If that wasn’t enough, one day a week, she will be attending lectures and seminars at St George’s Church where she has enrolled on a ten-month-long Theology course.
Welcome back – Caitlin settles in for a year of discovery
