After the fantastic success of previous years’ Going Deeper @ Lineham Farm, I am pleased to give you the details for the even more exciting Going Deeper Residential in 2012! The residential is for young people in years 10-13.

The weekend promises to be a great time of worship, teaching and ministry, with plenty of time set aside for relaxing and playing some sport. Starting on the Friday evening and finishing on the Sunday lunchtime, the weekend will be packed with activities and options and leaves you the remainder of the half term to recover!

The capacity at Lineham Farm is limited to 32 including leaders, so I really do advise you to return a deposit of £20 with your booking form as soon as possible. Bookings will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. The final deadline for forms and deposits is Sunday 15th January (although before Christmas would be very helpful!).

Once you return the booking form and the deposit I will send you further information, plus a parental consent form after the deadline in January. The balance is due to be paid by Sunday 29^th January (cheques made payable to Moortown Baptist Church).

The whole weekend costs just £45, which includes full board and all the activities. It is great that we are able to freeze last year’s price. Lineham Farm is a great facility right on our doorstep as well as being a great charity.

You will only need limited spending money for the tuck shop if you require it. You will need to provide your own sleeping bag/sheets and duvet – we will provide more details nearer the time. You will also need to provide your own transport to and from Lineham Farm.

The Youth Work and Ministry is committed to ensuring that nobody will be excluded from any of our activities because of financial restrictions, there are a number of options available including gradual payment plans and subsidies. Please come and speak to me if any of these would be helpful.
